MAU Analytics is available for enterprise customers. Please reach out to your Branch account team or submit a ticket to activate this feature.

Overview

Branch calculates your monthly active users or MAUs count which can be useful for determining the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns for your app. MAU is the number of unique individuals that interact with your web or app properties on a monthly basis, and you can now see your MAU analytics all inside the Branch Dashboard.

Viewing MAU Analytics

Go to the Billing Tab in the Account Settings screen. In the Account Summary section, click the View History button to generate the MAU count.

This will display a time-series chart that shows the total MAU count over the last 6 months. You have the option of showing the following:

  • Mobile Web and App
    OR
  • App Only
