App vs. Org Level - Account Summary Options

For accounts that only have separate individual apps not tied to a single organization, you can view all of the available summary information directly at the app level.

For accounts that have a single organization that controls several individual apps, you can only view Month to Date MAUs and Last Months DAUs at the app level. For all other information, you must view additional account summary information at the organization level.

Upgrade Subscription

App vs. Org Level - Upgrade Subscription

For accounts that only have separate individual apps not tied to a single organization, you can change your plan directly at the app level.

For accounts that have a single organization that controls several individual apps, you must initiate the change at the organization level.

To change your plan from your Branch dashboard:

  1. In the left-hand navigation, under CONFIGURE, click on Account Settings.
  2. From the Account Settings page, click on the Billing tab.
  3. Click the Change Plan button to upgrade your subscription.

  1. Select your new plan and click Change Plan.

When you upgrade, the subscription will change immediately. This may cause pro-rated charges on your next invoice. If you have additional questions or need help upgrading, please reach out to [email protected].

Change Subscribed Products

To change which products you're subscribed to from your Branch dashboard:

  1. In the left-hand navigation, under CONFIGURE, click on Account Settings.
  2. From the Account Settings page, click on the Billing tab.
  3. In the Subscribed Products section:
    1. Click Cancel next to the product you wish to no longer use.; click Yes, Turn off to verify.
    2. Click Learn More to be taken to the onboarding page for the product you wish to start using.
