Billing Overview
Overview
Branch offers two different types of pricing tiers, and depending on which tier you fall into will determine how billing is managed in your account.

Enterprise | The Enterprise platform is ideal for both advanced mobile adopters with complex technology stacks and traditional enterprises looking to accelerate mobile presence. |
Self-Serve | The Self-Serve platform is completely free for users with up to 10K monthly active users (MAU). $5/mo for each 1K MAU over 10K. Linking and Universal Ads is free under 10K MAU and will require a credit card on file. |
Trials
You are welcome to sign up for Branch on a 14-day trial after having a credit card on file. We want all of our customers to be successful when using Branch products and this trial period allows you to get integrated and test the products free of charge.
Trials begin immediately upon sign-up, and you will not be charged for any usage during this trial period. Once you sign up, paid usage will not begin accruing until your trial period is over, 14 days later.
Enterprise Billing
Enterprise billing is managed through a dedicated contract based on annual pricing and includes specific Branch products, MAU tiers, and overage specifications. Invoices are viewed in the Billing tab of the Account Settings page of the Branch Dashboard.
If you have any questions regarding your contract or would like to make changes, reach out to your account manager or contact sales.
Self-Serve Billing
For Self-serve, you can access and manage your billing in the Billing tab of the Account Settings page of the Branch Dashboard. Here you will be able to:
- View your plan
- View account summary & subscribed products
- Add/edit/delete credit card information

Billing Cadence
Branch’s service period runs from the 1st of the month to the last day of the month. Your Branch billing cycle is recurrent and occurs monthly on the 1st of every month. Branch bills in periods; as such, Branch will send your invoice at the end of the service period, rather than upfront (in advance).
If you sign up partway through the month, your first invoice will be prorated.
