Overview
ROI Hub gives you new insights into your marketing performance and helps you understand the impact of your ad dollars. Unifying your cost data and revenue insights, ROI Hub makes it easy to monitor the status of the connection to your ad partners to find any issues and fix them quickly. Currently, Branch supports over 20 of the largest and most commonly used ad partners.

ROI Analytics
The ROI Analytics page of ROI Hub is your source for analyzing your return on investment. You can create and configure different views powered by Branch Dashboard Reports that allow you to customize columns, filters, comparisons, and other attributes. You can see ROI and ROAS for your partners and drill down to campaigns and creative levels for a deeper look.
Specific to ROI Hub, you can also configure or view the following:
- Currency - Set to USD or your local currency.
- Table Type - Set to Drill-Down or Flat.
- Cost Per Event - A metric column showing a specific event's cost.
Connection Overview
The Connection Overview page of ROI Hub is a single place to manage all your cost-data connections. The table view lets you sort your connections, easily identify issues, and route you to fix problems with any connections.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Ad Partner | The name of the ad partner for the cost data connection. |
Connection Name & Account ID | The cost data connection name and ID for a given ad partner. |
Last Pull | The most recent time and date that Branch requested cost data from a connection. |
Last Successful Pull | The most recent time and date that Branch requested cost data from a connection and was able to receive cost data for a given connection. |
Status | The status of the connection - Active, Inactive, Pending, or Failed. |
Error Message | A description of what caused a connection to fail on the last cost data pull. |
Additionally, you can:
- Search by ad partner or connection name
- Filter by connection status
- Click the Add Cost Connection button on the top right of the page to route you to the Partner Management page to enable an ad partner.
- Click the Manage button for a given connection to route you to the Partner Management page of that ad partner.
