Note
Journeys is becoming Banners. Opt-in access starts October 13, 2026. To get access, fill out the Banners opt-in form. Your existing Journeys keep running whether or not you opt in.
The Campaign Manager lists all your banner campaigns. From each campaign's card, you can change its priority, pause or edit it, and open its results in Analysis.
To open it, go to Campaigns > Banners in Branch and select the Campaign Manager tab.
Find a campaign
Each campaign appears as a card that shows its priority, name, creator, creation date, device type, schedule, format, and status. A campaign with an A/B test shows A/B Test in place of its format.
To find a campaign, use these controls:
- Search finds a campaign by name.
- Filter narrows the list by Device Type, Status, Campaign, or Created By.
- The sort menu orders the list by Date Created (newest), Date Created (oldest), Priority (highest), or Priority (lowest).
Set priority
When a visitor matches more than one campaign, Branch shows the one with the highest priority. Priority #1 is the highest.
- Select the priority number, such as #3, on the campaign's card.
- Enter the new number in Priority.
- Select Save.
Branch confirms the change and offers Undo.
Set priority for draft, scheduled, and paused campaigns too, because they compete with your other campaigns as soon as they go live.
Change a campaign
Open the menu on a campaign's card to act on it. The actions depend on the campaign's status, as shown in Campaign statuses.
- Edit reopens the campaign builder. When you save an active campaign, Branch asks you to confirm, because your changes go live right away.
- Pause stops an active or scheduled campaign until you select Resume.
- Reschedule changes when an active or scheduled campaign runs. Select Save new schedule to apply the change.
- Duplicate creates a copy of the campaign.
- Archive gives the campaign the Archived status. Archived campaigns are no longer live and have no Resume action, so pause a campaign instead if you plan to restart it.
Measure performance
Each campaign's results are in the "Classic Suite - Banners Activity" dashboard in Analysis. To open it, select Analysis in the menu on the campaign's card. The dashboard opens filtered to that campaign and the last 30 days.
The dashboard includes these widgets:
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| "Trends" | Clicks by day |
| "Banners Attribution (Total)" | Total clicks, web session starts, opens, installs, and purchases for each platform, banner, and campaign |
| "Banners Attribution (Unique)" | Clicks and unique web session starts, opens, installs, and purchases for each platform, banner, and campaign |
You can change the dates and other filters on the dashboard. To see results for one creative, hover over its card in the Creative Manager and select Analysis. The dashboard opens in a new tab, filtered to that creative. For more about dashboards, see Dashboards Overview.
Compare A/B variants
A campaign with an A/B test has a second dashboard that compares its variants. For an active campaign, select A/B Analysis in the menu on its card. The "Banners Activity - A/B Testing" dashboard includes these widgets:
- "Total clicks by creative" compares click volume across variants.
- "Banners attribution — by creative" shows attribution metrics for each creative.
To act on the results, edit the campaign's A/B test. Drag the divider under Traffic split to send more traffic to the better creative, or select Remove test to show one creative to everyone. After you remove the test, select the winning creative under Options. For an active campaign, your changes go live when you save.
