Intro includes a set of usage limits each month. If your usage exceeds those limits, overage charges apply automatically. All services continue normally regardless of usage.

Overages are calculated on usage above your included limits and billed at the end of each billing cycle.
How links and QR codes share volume
Links and QR codes share a single 500/mo cap. When you create a new link:
If your app has a custom QR configuration, the link counts as 1 customized QR
If your app does not have a custom QR configuration, the link counts as 1 link
The total cap is 500 regardless of the mix.
Overage alerts
You'll receive email and in-app alerts as you approach and exceed your included limits. Alerts are sent per metric, so you may receive separate notifications for volume credits, links/QRs, and clicks.
Billing cycle
All accounts are billed on the 1st of the month
Mid-month signups are prorated for the remainder of the first month
Base subscription fee is charged at the start of each cycle
Overage charges from the previous month are added to the same invoice
Overages during trial
There are no overage charges during your 30-day trial. Basics plan limits apply (100,000 VCs, 10,000 links, 150,000 clicks). Usage is monitored but not billed.
When Intro is bundled with Basics
When Intro is bundled with a Basics subscription, the higher cap always applies between Intro and your Basics plan. Caps do not stack.
Performance or Engagement Basics: Click tracking overages do not apply. These plans measure usage via volume credits instead
Activation Basics: Volume credit and ad partner caps are provided via the Intro bundle (5,000 VCs/mo, 1 ad partner with 3 postbacks)
Comparing costs
If your overage charges regularly approach or exceed the cost of a Basics plan, upgrading may reduce your total bill. Compare costs from Manage Your Subscription in Branch.
