Overview
The Branch Growth Platform is the foundational layer on top which all the powerful capabilities associated with your Branch account are built.
The Branch Growth Platform is home to our two main product offerings: Engagement and Performance.
Within each product is two tiers: Essentials and Pro.
In addition to this, we have several add-ons you can choose from. Each add-on includes a set of features that offer advanced solutions to complex problems.
To round it out, we also offer customer support services, so you can feel confident through every part of Branch implementation; from integration all the way up through expansion and maintenance.
This guide is a closer look at the features associated with each package, and includes links to helpful documentation where you can learn more about each one.
Branch Growth Platform
Below are all the features included in the Branch Growth Platform for all users of Branch.
Customers who are not on a contracted plan will still need to enter a valid credit card into the Branch Dashboard within 30 days of creating an account, and will be responsible for volume credit usages on their Branch account.

Our Advanced Compliance add-on is a response to evolving healthcare regulations and what is considered PHI. This solution is most suited for customers in healthcare or similar highly regulated industries.

Volume Credits
Branch uses the concept of volume credits for billing.
Volume credits correspond to the number of end-user actions tracked, attributed, and reported on in Branch.
You will need to add a certain number of volume credits to your Branch account when purchasing either Engagement or Performance. You can also add additional monthly volume credits for a fee. Overages get billed at a "per volume credit" rate.
