Unless otherwise specified in writing by Branch, Branch does not intend uses of the Branch Services to create obligations under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, as amended, (“HIPAA”), and makes no representations that the Branch Services satisfy HIPAA requirements. If you are (or become) a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA, you may not use the Branch Services for any purpose or in any manner involving Protected Health Information unless you have received prior written consent to such use from Branch.

Advanced Compliance

Advanced Compliance is a Branch feature that enables healthcare companies to benefit from Branch linking, web-to-app Journeys, and owned/earned/organic attribution.

The Advanced Compliance feature includes:

  • Advanced Security Gateway: A separate data architecture, including an isolated network with custom traffic routing, strong authentication, and multiple levels of encryption.
  • Protected Endpoint: Data will flow through a protected and isolated environment in which sensitive data is locked and subsequently available only where strictly necessary for specific business needs.

Advanced Compliance is an add-on product that can be included alongside our Engagement package.
