Cancel Your Account

Use this guide if you wish to cancel your subscriptions.

Required Permissions

Admin users can cancel and change your subscription.

To cancel your account:

1. Log in to your Branch account and navigate to the Account Settings page.
2. Navigate to the Billing tab.
3. Next to the product you wish to cancel, click the Cancel button. If you want to cancel all products, you will need to repeat this process for all of the products outlined on this page with a "cancel" button.
