# Link Analytics (New)

> Use the Link And Banner Analytics data source in Branch to report on how your links and banners perform.

## Introduction

The Link Analytics data source provides link-level reporting on Branch Link performance. Use it to understand how your links are performing across channels, campaigns, and platforms.

## View one link's performance

To see how one link is performing, go to **Campaigns > Links**, open the link's three-dot menu, and select **Analysis**. This opens the **Single Link Analytics** dashboard, filtered to that link. To view several links together, select them on the **Links** page, and then select the chart icon at the top of the page. Ad links don't have the **Analysis** option.

By default, the dashboard shows the last 30 days, and its **Attributed** filter is set to true. Its widgets show clicks, opens, installs, and the click-to-open rate, with opens and installs broken down by platform and OS. For some accounts, the dashboard shows only clicks and scans.

## When to use this data source

Use the Link Analytics data source when you want to analyze link-level performance data, including clicks, impressions, and downstream conversions attributed to specific Branch Links. This data source includes link-specific dimensions like **Link Id**, **Title**, **Domain**, and **Browser** that aren’t available in the standard Activity data source.

> This data source appears only when it's turned on for your account. To use it in a [new widget](https://help.branch.io/marketer-hub/analysis-dashboards-overview-new.md#create-and-configure-widget), select **Add new widget**, and then switch the data source to **Link And Banner Analytics**.

The following fields are available in the Link And Banner Analytics data source.
