If you wish to allow the agency to export data, you will need to grant access to *both * Sensitive Data and Export . See here for more information about how to manage Agency access.

User Management is only possible from the Live App on the Branch Dashboard. If you are on the Test Mode you will not see User Management buttons next to the Users on your Team management page. Please switch to Live mode to make changes to Users.

When you view data through an Agency Dashboard you will only be able to see the data from Ad partners that have been made visible to you. Data from other ad partners and organic data will not be available.
