# SSO (New)

> Streamline your team's access to the Branch Dashboard with Auth0 SSO. Configure easily and enhance user experience with secure single sign-on.

## Overview

Branch uses Auth0 to enable single sign-on (SSO), which allows you to manage your team's access to Branch through your identity provider (IdP).

Using SSO makes it easier to add or remove Branch users, and improves their login experience.

### Before you begin

To configure SSO, you first need:

- **Edit** access to **Team Access** in Branch.
- Admin access to your organization's IdP (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) account.
- SSO enabled for your Branch account. If SSO isn't enabled or you don't have the access above, the **SSO** tab says "You don't have access to SSO settings." You also see this message if you sign in to Branch with a personal email address, such as Gmail.

## Configure SSO

To configure SSO, you start the setup in Branch, then connect Branch and your IdP in a setup page that opens in a new browser tab.

1. Go to **Configuration > Security & Access > SSO** in Branch.
2. Select **Setup SSO**. Branch opens the SSO setup in a new browser tab.
3. In the new tab, follow the guide for your IdP through testing and enabling SSO. You can skip the guide's steps for opening the setup in Branch.

   - [Azure](https://help.branch.io/account-hub/configure-sso-with-azure.md)
   - [Google](https://help.branch.io/account-hub/configure-sso-with-google.md)
   - [General SAML](https://help.branch.io/account-hub/configure-sso.md), if you don't use one of these IdPs
4. Return to the **SSO** tab in Branch.
5. Refresh the page to see your connection.

To change your SSO settings later, select **Configure SSO** on the **SSO** tab. It reopens the setup with your current settings.

## Email domains

The **Manage your email domains** section shows the email domains that use your SSO connection. Your default domain is based on the email used to create your account. To add or update email domains, contact [support@branch.io](mailto:support@branch.io).
