# Manage Plan

> View your current Branch plan, set a post-trial plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Manage Your Subscription.

You can view your current plan, designate a post-trial plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from **Manage Your Subscription** in Branch.

## During your trial

To designate a plan:

1. Navigate to **Manage Your Subscription** in Branch
2. Review the available plans. Intro is shown as your default post-trial plan; Basics plans are shown alongside
3. Select the plan you want after your trial ends
4. Your trial continues with full Basics access until day 30 regardless of your selection

You can change your selection at any time before your trial ends.

## Upgrading from Intro to Basics

1. Navigate to **Manage Your Subscription**
2. Select the Basics plan you want (Activation, Performance, or Engagement)
3. Billing starts immediately, prorated to the 1st of the month
4. Your Intro features carry forward at no extra cost

> **Note**
>
> Upgrading from Intro to a single-vertical Basics plan doesn't remove your cross-vertical access. Intro is bundled as a base layer with every Basics subscription.

## Adding multiple Basics plans

You can subscribe to more than one Basics plan. Each plan is billed separately. Volume credits don't stack across plans.

## Downgrading from Basics to Intro

If you cancel a Basics plan, you retain Basics access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to Intro.

When you downgrade:

- All existing links, QR codes, and attribution data remain active and accessible.
- Features exclusive to your Basics plan become read-only or hidden.
- Your ad partners are reduced to 1. The system keeps the partner with the highest attributed traffic; others are paused.
- New link creation is subject to Intro limits (500/mo).
- Click tracking on existing links counts against Intro limits.

> **Note**
>
> Paused ad partners aren't deleted. Their existing ad links continue to redirect and attribute normally. Paused partners are reactivated when you upgrade.

## Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

1. Navigate to **Manage Your Subscription.**
2. Select **Cancel Subscription.**
3. Cancellation takes effect immediately with no refund for the partial month.

> **Warning**
>
> Canceling your subscription stops analytics tracking and removes access to dashboard features. Ensure you export your data before canceling.

**Data retention after cancellation:**

| Period | Access |
| --- | --- |
| 0-90 days | Data preserved. Dashboard is read-only. Resubscribing restores Intro. |
| 90 days - 1 year | Data archived. Not accessible via dashboard. Resubscribing triggers a restore (up to 24 hours). |
| After 1 year | Data deleted permanently. |

## Resubscription

If you canceled previously, resubscribing places you on Intro at $39/mo. No new trial is offered.
